Three weeks ago I ran my first half marathon, and now I am signed up for another in 3 weeks! I am so pumped to keep this going. As running becomes easier, I am beginning to enjoy it much more!
So this is a bit of a ramble. I have tried so hard to lose weight, and even in spite of my half marathon training I have lost none. Yes, I have had some slip ups, but overall been great. I am 6 feet tall and 149/150 pounds. Maybe My body just doesn’t need to lose any more weight? I just wanna get rid of my little belly chub! After my half marathon I am going to hit the weight room hard and hopefully a bit more muscle will do the trick.
